uso comercial e pessoal

- Uso pessoal: se o cliente não obtiver nenhum lucro com a arte, nenhum valor é adicionado
-Uso comercial 1: se a arte faz parte de um produto ou o promove (como uma arte para o lançamento de um livro), o valor final é multiplicado por 1,5
-Uso comercial 2: se a arte for o produto (como arte usada em pôsteres, adesivos e overlays de livros), o valor final será multiplicado por 2,2
-Uso comercial 3: se a arte já existir e não tiver sido encomendada por outra pessoa, é possível comprar os direitos de uso, o preço será calculado a partir da arte (pelo número de personagens, complexidade do cenário) e, caso o cliente queira o uso exclusivo da arte, ele será multiplicado por 1,8, mas, caso contrário, o preço será multiplicado por 1,3

Termos

- O pagamento é feito por pix, metade antes de eu começar o rascunho e a outra metade assim que eu terminar para que eu possa mandar em alta qualidade por email
- Prazo mínimo de duas semanas
- Quanto maior a quantidade de referencias e descrições mais próxima da sua ideia a arte vai ficar! Me fale (e mostre) suas ideias, a posição dos personagens, as cores, roupas e qualquer outro detalhe
- Normalmente trabalho com uma resolução próxima de 2000 x 2500, se você quiser uma resolução diferente me avise
- Maiores alterações (como mudar a pose do personagem) devem ser feitas ainda na fase do rascunho para não serem cobradas a parte
- O envio da arte será feito por email em formato PNG ou PDF
- Tenho o direito de não aceitas fazer uma encomenda, tanto por não me sentir confortável com ela quanto por achar que não conseguiria fazê-la
- Se você não quiser que eu use a arte nas minhas redes sociais ou no meu portfolio por favor me avise
- Minha assinatura será visível na arte na compra do uso pessoal
- Se, por algum motivo, eu não consiga terminar a arte o cliente terá um reembolso total
- O cliente não pode alterar a arte sem autorização ou usa-la de uma forma diferente da combinada (incluindo qualquer uso com Inteligência Artifical)
- Não faço capas de livros, mecha, outro estilo de arte que não o meu e nsfw
- autores nacionais independentes têm 10% de desconto no preço final na compra de artes para seu livro

Commisions

personal vs. commercial use

- personal use: if the client does not earn any profit from the artwork, no value is added
-commercial use 1: if the artwork is part of a product or promotes it (such as an artwork for a book launch), the final value is multiplied by 1.5
-commercial use 2: if the artwork is the product (such as artwork used on posters, stickers and book overlays), the final value is multiplied by 2.2
-commercial use 3: if the artwork already exists and has not been commissioned by anyone else, it is possible to buy the rights to its use, the price will be calculated from the artwork (by the number of characters, complexity of the background) and in case the client wants exclusive use of the artwork it will be multiplied by 1.8, but if not the price will be multiplied by 1.3

Terms

- Payment is made in US dollars by paypal, half before I start the sketch and the other half as soon as I finish so that I can send it in high quality by email.
- Minimum deadline of two weeks
- The more references and descriptions you send, the closer the artwork will be to your idea! So don't hesitate to send them, tell me (and show me) your ideas, the position of the characters, the colors, clothes and any other detail.
- I usually work with a resolution close to 2000 x 2500, if you want a different resolution let me know
- Major changes (such as changing the character's pose) should be made during the sketch phase so as not to be charged extra.
- The artwork will be sent by email in PNG or PDF format
- I have the right not to accept an order, either because I don't feel comfortable with it or because I don't think I can make it.
- If you don't want me to use the artwork on my social media or in my portfolio, please let me know
- My signature will be visible on the artwork when you purchase it for personal use
- If, for any reason, I am unable to finish the artwork, the client will receive a full refund
- The customer may not alter the artwork without authorization or use it in a way other than agreed (including any use with Artificial Intelligence)
- I don't do book covers, mecha, any art style other than my own and nsfw
